The name SGA represents the three founders – Shivani Bhandari, Dr. Gauri Pradhan, and Anuja Sheoren – three women from diverse professional backgrounds who share one vision: to make ethical, affordable, and patient-first dentistry the standard, not the exception.

Meet The Founders
Shivani Bhandari
With over 15 years of experience in dental operations, compliance, and team development, Shivani brings a unique combination of clinical understanding and business acumen. Having led operational teams across major UK dental groups, she now oversees the strategic and day-to-day management of all SGA practices, ensuring a culture of quality, care, and consistency.
Dr. Gauri Pradhan
A highly experienced oral surgeon, Dr. Pradhan has been practicing in the UK for over 25 years, with a deep-rooted belief in the values of NHS dentistry. She is committed to delivering expert surgical care, mentoring young clinicians, and ensuring that every patient receives safe, ethical, and compassionate treatment, regardless of background.
Anuja Sheoren
With a strong foundation in HR and operations, Anuja brings vital structure, organisation, and people-focused leadership to SGA Dental Group. Her expertise in workforce planning, team wellbeing, and compliance ensures that our practices are not only clinically excellent but also supportive, efficient places to work and receive care.
